Jerry Holloman: Office Manager

Ms. Jerry Holloman has been working in downtown Belmont for over 10 years. She was the Executive Director of the Belmont Chamber of Commerce prior to taking the position of Office Manager at South Point Pet Hospital. Jerry's extensive public relations background and her warm, caring personality are a true blessing to our clients and patients. She looks forward to welcoming new clients to South Point Pet Hospital.

Jerry lives in Belmont along with her husband Mike and pets Smudge and Samuel. She has two sons, Matthew and Chris, who also live nearby.

Liz Grainger:Technical Assistant

Liz joined the staff of South Point Pet Hospital in October 2005 and comes to us with over 20 years of veterinary experience. She enjoys the variety of small animal practice, including surgery and caring for sick pets. Liz is especially gifted with senior pets and those who have some anxiety about coming to the doctor's office. She looks forward to the constant improvement in veterinary medicine and continuing her education.

Liz lives in Gastonia with husband Jody, cats Squirt and Chayce, and dog Dylan.

Julie Wallace:
Registered Veterinary Technician

Julie came to work with us at South Point in July 2007. She graduated from Gaston College in May 2007 with a degree in Veterinary Medical Technology. She enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine, especially the more challenging cases. She also excels at client education.

Julie and her husband, Mike share their home with two Labs, Daisy and Sadie, and cat, Shadow. In her off time, she enjoys making improvements at her new house, and spending time with her family.

Kimberly Tangerine

Kimberly Bell: Receptionist

Kimberly began working at South Point Pet Hospital September 2008. She graduated from Georgetown College, KY in 2000 with degrees in Math and German. Kimberly lives in Stanley with her husband and has fostered several kitties since being a part of our team.

Tangerine: Hospital Cat

Tangerine came to us in August 2006 when her owner could no longer keep her. She now loves her life here, and we enjoy her company. She is also our blood donor for any sick cats that may need a blood transfusion.

Tangerine's hobbies include greeting our wonderful clients, sun bathing, playing "paper weight" for our receptionists, and infiltrating unsuspecting client purses. Purses are her favorite thing! She also enjoys cramming herself into areas too small for her large girth. We have had her on a diet for some time now, and she is starting to get her slim figure back. She loves to meet new people as well as visit with her old friends. Feel free to stop in for a visit anytime, she will always be happy to see you.
